Interment will follow in the New Salem Cemetery in rural Leon County. A brief public visitation will be held Saturday morning from 9 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.
Timothy Ray Yow was born on April 14, 2001 in Terrell, Texas. He had lived in Centerville for the past eleven years, coming from Grand Saline, Texas. Tim was currently a Junior at Centerville High School where he was a member of the varsity football team. He especially enjoyed his Ag classes where he learned to construct and build various items.
There was not a mean bone in Tim’s body and it was evident in the way he led his life. Tim was helpful, friendly, polite, courteous and a genuine good boy.
Tim loved all animals, but his passion was horses. He had been riding since the age of two and had recently finished “breaking” two horses, one for himself and one for a family friend. He was particularly fond of cutting horses. Tim was also an avid shooter, and a good one at that, with prospective plans to join the 4-H shooting team. Additionally, Tim enjoyed all types of music and dancing to music. He was an especially good dancer.
More than anything, Tim adored his family. He was extremely proud of each and every family member, including his newest baby brother. There was no place that Tim would rather be than at home surrounded by his entire family.
Tim was Catholic in faith and had attended mass at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church when he was able. Tim’s life was cut short on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 21, 2017 when he succumbed to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Delmar Bradshaw and uncle, Michael Svoboda.
Surviving family members include his parents, Delwin & Stephanie (Yow) Bradshaw of Centerville; brother, Trace Bradshaw of Centerville; sisters, Tegan & Taylor Moss of Centerville, Holly (Bradshaw) Rowell & husband, Jonathan, of Houston and Jill Bradshaw & girlfriend, Angela Cid, of Aubrey; maternal grandparents, Donna & Jimmy Yow of Centerville; paternal grandmother, Betty Bradshaw of Debary, FL; aunts & uncles, Charmayne & Stephen Perry of Gonzales, Tara Mazur and partner, Jeremy Taft of Pleasanton and Kayla Sanders of Centerville; nephew, Grayson Rowell of Houston and cousins, Colton Marriott & Rylie Taft of Pleasanton & Dakota Sanders of Centerville.
