Sally Tubb was born on March 22, 1943 in Bigfork, Minnesota to Charles & Edith (Elwess) Bullock. She was a loving wife, mom and grandma. Sally was a fishermans wife, waitress and loved being the camp cook on trips. She also loved the wildflowers in the state of Texas. Before her illness, she would take trips with her husband, Albert, and other family members just to look at the wildflowers. Sally enjoyed taking fishing trips with her family. She would never go fishing in the boat but always fished from the bank and did most of the cooking.
Sally loved the Lord and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She loved attending with her special friend, Mrs. Onita. Later, she attended church with her granddaughter, Sarah. While Sally was in Bryan for rehabilitation, her granddaughter, Syliva, would come and take her to church.
Spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren was Sallys favorite thing to do, be it family get-togethers, rodeos, games or any other event. She loved everyone she met. A lot of the local children even called her Grandma Sally. Sally always appreciated her home state of Minnesota and cherished the times she was able to travel to her childhood home to visit with her family.
Sally passed away on February 22, 2017 in Bryan, Texas following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband, Albert Tubb; daughter, Patricia Tubb; great granddaughter, Taylor Tubb and sister, Rose Rice.
