Robert Daniel Bigler

Robert Daniel Bigler, 77, of Centerville, Texas passed away on June 8, 2024 in Centerville, Texas. He was born on May 23, 1947 to Charles Robert Bigler and Betty Eloise (Jennens) Bigler in Gary, Indiana. Robert loved wildlife, bird watching and feeding deer. He enjoyed living in Centerville, eating at the Town Cafe and visiting with the local people. In his early years, Robert played basketball, then enlisted in the United States Army in 1968, later being deployed to Da Nang, Vietnam and served in the Intelligence Unit. 

Robert was preceded in death by both of his parents. He is survived by his sons, Robert Bigler (Christina) and Peter Ondras (Joleen); daughter, Elizabeth Bigler (Armando Vasquez); and grandchildren, Christian, Carter, Dominic, Victoria and Robin.

A visitation for Robert Daniel Bigler will be from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Walters Funeral Home, Centerville, Texas.
