Michael Lambright, age 60, of Buffalo passed away on December 31, 2016 at his home in Buffalo. A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Bethel Baptist Church in Buffalo.

Michael Dean Lambright was born on March 8, 1956 in Conroe, Texas to Marvin Robert & Ruby Mae (Whitt) Lambright. He graduated from Athens High School in 1974. Mike loved to spend time with his family and friends, and he enjoyed working at the coal mine. He was often seen messing around in his yard. He was always willing to help when asked. Mike loved his daughters & son-in-law. He also dearly loved his grandchildren, and they loved him. Mike was a die hard Green Bay Packers fan. He had lived in Buffalo for the past sixteen years.

Mike was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Robert Lambright (1926-2005); mother, Ruby Mae Lambright (1930-2002); sister, Shirley Mae Lambright (1952-1980) and brother, Robert Wayne Lambright (1948-2016). He is survived by daughters, Jennifer Deann Jones and husband, Cory, of Amarillo; Melissa Kelly Morris of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren, Kurt, Kody & Lori Jones of Amarillo and Alexandra Ruby & Blakely Jewel Morris of Oklahoma City, OK; brother & sister, Mark & LeAndra Austin of Buffalo along with numerous cousins and friends.

Walters Buffalo Funeral Home in Buffalo, Texas is in charge of all arrangements.
