David entered into this world on December 29, 1965, into the loving arms of Bennie and Betty Tubb in Madisonville, Texas. He was welcomed home by big sister, Cindy, who adored him and was so proud of her baby brother. As a child, David was always getting into things. He loved getting "into things" with his lifelong best friend, Ricky Burleson. As time passed David became a teenage boy who loved fast cars. David accepted the Lord into his life and was baptized on January 21, 1979, becoming a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Centerville, Texas. David loved '67 Chevelles and classic cars. He graduated Centerville High school in 1984. In February of 1987, he married the love of his life. David worked very hard to provide for his family. Work took him to different places but his family went with him. He was very proud of his family. In July 2017, David became a papaw for the very first time. He was very excited about this, as well as the two more times he welcomed new additions. They were definitely his pride and joy. David worked as a telephone man for many years. He then went into the oilfield trucking industry. David was an amazing son, brother, cousin, friend, dad, and papaw. He was always around when you needed him.
David was welcomed home by his father, Bennie Tubb and mother, Betty Tubb.
