Malcolm Wayne Polk was born to Willie and Pearlean Polk, the winter of 1962, October 27th. He attended Centerville Public School and later graduated from Centerville High School in 1980. Malcolm then went on to father a beautiful baby boy, December 27, 1983, named Malcolm Jermaine Haven.
Malcolm was very fluent in making a living by working a variety of jobs from landscaping, cooking and warehouse duties. As we all know, he was very good with his hands.
Malcolm was predeceased by parents, Willie and Pearlean Polk; brother, Earl Polk; sister, Lorraine Polk; and nephews, Damien Chambers and Floyd Slaughter. He leaves behind his legacy to carry, his son, Malcolm Jermaine Haven; and leaves behind sisters, Velma Chambers and Patricia Drisdale; brothers, Larry Polk, Richard Polk, Clifton Polk and Willie, as well as a host of nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.
A memorial homegoing service honoring Malcolm's life will be held 12 noon, Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Walters Funeral Home, Centerville, Texas.
